Some of our events are open to the public at a higher rate. Access codes allow members to sign up early and get the special VIP member price. 

WHERE TO FIND THE ACCESS CODE: If an event has an access code, it will be listed on the event page. Every event uses a different code.

HOW TO USE THE ACCESS CODE:
Go to the ticketing platform. Where it says "Do you have an access code" enter the unique code you have been given for that event. Once you add the code, click APPLY. This will reveal the price and allow you to purchase your ticket at the discounted member price. 

Yes! As long as an event is not exclusively for members.

Members are allowed to bring up to 2 guests to each event. All guest tickets have an additional surplus charge.

If you want to bring a guest, most events have a special 'non member' ticket tier. If you do not see a guest tier, send us an email.

Usually not. You can always order drinks as a separate fee paid directly to the restaurant. Sometimes the prix fixe will include wine or cocktails pairing as a separate add on.

Click on Grab your Spot and select your ticket. Click next. 

Where it says insert your promo code add your voucher code. It will automatically apply the amount of your voucher towards your ticket. 

You should have been sent your voucher in an email. If you cannot find it, write to: laurel@friendswithforks.com

We partner with restaurants that are either 1) well-established and have garnered great press, 2) newly opened and we have tested them ourselves, or 3) come highly recommended by members! Some of our best venues are ones that members suggested. Members can use the YOUR RESTAURANT IDEAS tab on this site to submit recommendations. 

We try to include a variety of different culinary styles, venues, and locations.

Only your membership subscription will show up on your Friends with Forks dashboard. The ticketing page is a different platform that is not integrated with your dashboard.

You can always check your email to see if you have signed up for an event. You will have received a confirmation for every event. 

Not to worry! We usually send out the location details and other information about a week to 5 days before the event. You will also receive multiple reminder emails as it gets closer to the date. 

When you join, you are invited into the private membership site. Once you log in you can manage your membership in your dashboard, including cancellation, changing your password, address, etc. 

Log into the website and go to your dashboard.
Click on Subscription. You can cancel there.

Of course! You are always welcome to rejoin, but the price will be higher.

Add your new payment method
Make sure to delete your old card and make your new card the default.

Go to the dinner mates website and click on "My account". You will be asked to sign in. Click "lost password" and it will send you and email to reset your password

Geneva is a social app that we are using for Friends with Forks members, so you can chat with each other.

When you became a member, you should have received an email inviting you to join the private Friends with Forks group. If you did not receive that email, let us know. 

Yes, as soon as your membership expires you will be removed.
